Conditions of Sale

I. Registration

The cat/kitten described herein is registered with TICA/not registered with TICA and is sold on the active register subject to the following terms:

II. Non-Breeding Rights

The cat/kitten is sold at the agreed price of £[amount].

All expenses associated with export sales, including veterinary and transportation costs, shall be borne by the Purchaser(s).

The animal must not be sold, leased, or transferred for breeding purposes unless it has been spayed or neutered before transfer.

The cat/kitten shall not be sold to pet shops, research facilities, or used in clinical trials.

III. No cash refunds will be provided for infertility or congenital defects.

The Vendor does not guarantee success in shows or the maintenance of cosmetic conditions as the cat matures.

IV. Health Guarantee

The cat/kitten is guaranteed to be in good health, vaccinated, microchipped, and treated for parasites. The Purchaser(s) must have the animal examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt. Any health issues identified within this period, supported by veterinary documentation, entitle the Purchaser(s) to return the animal for a refund.

V. Care and Maintenance

The cat/kitten is to be maintained as an indoor pet, with outdoor access permitted only within secure enclosures or under supervised conditions.

Purchaser(s) are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. The Vendor shall not be liable for any veterinary expenses incurred after transfer of ownership.

Purchaser(s) must provide adequate care, nutrition, routine vaccinations, and companionship for the cat/kitten.

VI. Breeding and Ownership Changes

The Vendor must be notified if the Purchaser is unable to continue caring for the cat/kitten. The Vendor reserves the right to repossess the animal. If the Purchaser discontinues breeding efforts, a reclaim offer must be made.

Any breach of contract, mistreatment, or failure to provide necessary medical care will result in the unconditional surrender of the cat/kitten back to the Vendor.

VII. Final Provisions

By signing below, the Purchaser(s) agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Ownership transfer shall be finalised upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of full payment.
